What do you still choose to do yourself, even when AI could do it faster?

Efficiency is not always the only objective. Some tasks can clearly be delegated to AI, yet doing them ourselves may be where the thinking actually happens.
What do you deliberately keep a little inefficient? Are you preserving judgement, craft—or simply the pleasure of the process?

I use Google analytics and ad-measurement cookies — on by default — to see what gets read and whether ads work. Decline removes them, leaving only cookie-free, non-identifying statistics.
